With the last bit of the leftover turkey from Thanksgiving dinner finally gone and the anxiety of Black Friday as a not-so-distant memory, we’re about to begin the last month of 2010. Although we’ve been thinking about the Holidays for months now, this past weekend I unpacked the holiday décor, hung my wreath and trimmed my Christmas tree. There are only four more weeks of the holiday season left, so I want to make the most of it with a few projects.

Advent calendars are a great way to build excitement as you get closer to Christmas Day. These calendars are typically a large card with many “windows” and every day a window is opened to reveal an image, poem or part of a story. We took this concept a step further, making the calendar dimensional using our Favor Containers. Each Tarte box is adorned with an individual graphic and filled with treats and toys.

You can also use Favor Containers like Pyramid, Wedge and Bon-Bon to enclose beautiful ornaments as gifts. If you’re hosting a holiday party, you can give personalized ornament favors to your guests. These containers are perfect for housing fragile glass ornaments.

Stuffing your stockings is easy with Envelopments Favor Containers. Clutch makes a great box for edible gifts like homemade cookies and chocolate covered pretzels. Ensure that your gift card won’t get lost in the shuffle of holiday envelopes by delivering your present in a Pillow Favor Container.

And who say’s a fruit cake has to be pre-made? Give an interactive gift by selecting 12 ingredients to individually wrap and enclose in Wedge Favor Containers. Incorporate dried fruits and nuts, perfectly portioned sugar and even the recipe card, to create a cake-shaped present. Place the 12 wedges into a circle and use ribbon, twine or cording to hold everything in place. Don’t forget to pair it with the all-important bottle of rum before you deliver the confectionery treat to your neighbors. If they don’t like dried cherries, they can leave them out and add one of their own favorite ingredients. That’s the beauty of a make-it-mine holiday fruit cake.
So many holiday opportunities and only a few short weeks left. How will YOU use Envelopments Favor Containers to spread the holiday spirit?
